EM Specimen Preparation

From this page are a series of editable pages intended to provide a record of various EM specimen preparartion prtotocols. These are protocols that have been used in the Dartmouth Electron Microscope Facility. They may not be suitable for your samples, but should provide at least a starting point for many specimen preparation questions.
